2.2 Single Account Policy

Only one account may be created per person, household, device, or IP address. If multiple accounts are created:

• All accounts will be permanently closed.
• All bonuses and winnings will be forfeited.
• Deposited balances may not be refunded.
• Registration on 7xbd will not be permitted in the future.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

You must provide truthful and accurate information at registration, including your name, address, date of birth, phone number, and email. Creating an account using false or another person's information is strictly prohibited and will be treated as fraud.

2.4 KYC Verification

For withdrawals above a certain threshold or in cases of suspicious activity, 7xbd may initiate a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for the member. Withdrawals may be on hold until KYC is completed. This process is in place to protect both the member and the platform.

3.1 Bet Confirmation

3.2 Odds Changes

7xbd reserves the right to change the odds on any match or event at any time. The odds in effect at the time a bet is confirmed will apply. Any subsequent odds changes will have no impact on previously placed bets.

3.3 Bet Cancellation Conditions

• If a match or event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.
• If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error, 7xbd may void that bet.
• A bet may be suspended if the outcome is uncertain due to match fixing or any other reason.
• Odds displayed due to a system or display error are not valid and will not be accepted.

3.4 Special Rules for Live Betting

Live betting allows you to place bets while a match is in progress. Odds may change due to unstable internet connections or slow loading times. 7xbd reserves the right to delay or pause live betting and to close any live market at any time.

4.1 Deposit Methods

7xbd currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit is ৳500, and the maximum varies by payment method. Funds are typically credited to your account within 5 to 15 minutes of a successful deposit.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Deposited funds must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be made.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours, though during peak banking periods it may take up to 48 hours.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to the same payment method used for the original deposit.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering Policy

For permanently closed accounts, any valid balance will be returned once the investigation is complete. However, if fraudulent activity is confirmed, no funds will be refunded.
